The Governing Council and Management of the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA), chartered, extend warm greetings to you.
As part of our commitment to strengthening the Institute and enhancing active member engagement, we write to formally invite all members at the Fellow, Member and Associate levels to indicate their interest in serving on any of the Institute’s Standing Committees.
The institute’s programmes and policies are driven by Committees set up by the Governing Council, comprising highly qualified and experienced professionals. These Committees, along with a team of skilled administrative staff, ensure effective implementation of NICA’s objectives.
The effectiveness and vibrancy of NICA depend largely on the dedication and active participation of its committees. These committees serve as the engine room of the Institute’s operations, policy development, professional advancement initiatives and strategic programmes. We therefore encourage members to volunteer their expertise, experience and time to support the Institute’s growth and impact.
We also wish to inform you that membership of each committee will be limited to a maximum of seven to eight persons, including officers who may be elected or appointed in accordance with the Institute’s guidelines. The inauguration of the committees is scheduled to take place on 15th March, 2026.

- Credit Management Accreditation Committee (CMAC)
- Membership and Subscription Committee (MSC)
- Government and Corporate Relations Committee (GCRC)
- NICA Abuja Chapter Executive Committee (NACEC)
